After the consultation, we prepare an itemized proposal that outlines all materials, prep work, and labor. We walk you through every line item so you understand what you’re paying for—no hidden costs.
Take your time—once you’re happy with the quote, sign the proposal and submit your deposit. We allow up to 30 days to return your signed agreement and down payment.
Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, we order your flooring materials. Most materials are delivered to your home within 7–10 business days, ready for installation.
